PROVISOS:
    Our experienced staff will make beautiful hand made bouquets and/or gifts to your requirements. All orders must be placed 48 hours before the time of delivery. An order will be accepted only after the payment has been realized.

    Due to various seasonal conditions, specific flower varieties or colours may not be available for delivery on a specified day. We assure you the best substitution.

Correctness of the Delivery Address:
    The customer carries full responsibility that the address (and phone number) of the recipient of the floral greeting is correct and complete. Order is not refundable if there is a general problem with the address or delivery time.

    However, if due to any circumstances, we are unable to execute your order, we will provide a complete refund.
